This is a Dharma Talk given by the Reverend Jay Rinsen Weik Sensei at the Buddhist Temple of Toledo.  In this talk, Rinsen Sensei digs in to the term "practice" and explores case 3 of the Blue Cliff Record, "Master Ba is Unwell".

This case explores the true meaning of Buddha-nature.  How do we go from chasing pleasure and running from pain to expressing our true nature?
