This Dharma Talk was given by Jay Rinsen Weik Sensei at the Buddhist Temple of Toledo.  In this talk, Rinsen Sensei explores the teacher student relationship in terms of the the covenant used with Shoken Students at the Buddhist Temple of Toledo.  Through this public covenant, Shoken Students make a formal commitment to their training and to service in the Sangha.
